1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY. OBJECT.

The company CENTRIA TECNOLOGIA SL, with social address Gelabert fructuos, 2.4-, 7ª Planta, 08970 Sant Joan Despi – Barcelona with NIF B64707987 and holder of the brand CENTRIA, organizes in the dates indicated below, the free Drawing without obligation of purchase called “How much do you know about cybersecurity?” (hereinafter “the Drawing”) in accordance with the conditions that are collected in these Bases.

All participants in the sweepstakes, by the simple fact of participating, are understood to accept the terms and conditions of this promotion and the rules that govern its procedure, as well as Centria’s criteria for the resolution of any question derived from the interpretation and execution of these terms and conditions.

Through this sweepstakes, the company intends to promote the sales of the products it commercializes.

2.- TERRITORIAL SCOPE.

The promotion will be carried out in the Spanish territory both in mainland Spain and in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The sweepstakes will be voluntary and free of charge.

3.- DURATION OF THE PROMOTION.

The term to participate in the promotion is from February 26th, 2024 until February 29th at 12:00 noon.

4.- PERSONS ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

All natural persons of legal age residing in the European Union may participate in this promotion.

5.- MECHANICS.

Whoever wishes to participate must:

Answer the participant’s personal data questionnaire (name, email, province, telephone, sex, age).
Acceptance of legal bases and privacy policy.
The winner will be determined via random drawing in the AppSorteos application (https://app-sorteos.com/es/app) on February 29, 2024 at 12:00 noon. In addition, five (05) reserves will be designated who, in order, will be contacted in case the winners do not respond within 48 hours after contacting them.

Only one prize will be awarded per person/user.

Centria reserves the right to invalidate those fraudulent, duplicate or massive participations made by the same person, with the intention of having an advantage over the rest of the people, deciding on the concurrence of such situation the company itself.

6.- PRIZES.

The winner of the sweepstakes will receive a Nest Audio (final prize valued at: 100€).

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

7.- DELIVERY OF THE PRIZES.

The winner of the draw will be communicated on February 29, 2024, through the email address provided by the participant and through social networks and Centria’s website, and the delivery of the prize will be coordinated with each of them.

If no response is received within 48 hours, or if the prize is expressly rejected for any reason, Centria will go to the reserve registers in order of extraction.

Centria reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics, and to modify these rules at any time if this is unavoidable due to force majeure.

Entries with incorrect, incomplete or false information will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for a prize.

In the event that the prize is rejected by all, winners and reserves, the Sweepstakes will be declared void.

The prize of the present promotion is personal and, consequently, it cannot be transmitted to third parties by the winner, neither by intervivos acts, nor by mortis causa acts.

8. OTHER ASPECTS OF THE PROMOTION/SWEEPSTAKES.
The prizes do not include any other expenses not specified in these rules.

Winners may not exchange their prize for cash or any other prize or other compensation.

The prizes of this promotion are subject to the tax regime applicable according to the legislation in force.

If it is not possible to contact either the winner or the participants who comply with the established conditions, the prize may be declared void.

The data collected will be used for the purpose of participating in this sweepstakes in accordance with the conditions resulting from these Terms and Conditions, and participants also give their express consent to receive personalized information about promotions, offers and new products from Centria.

By participating in the sweepstakes and limited to the scope of the same, participants authorize Centria to publish their name, surname and image on the website and social networks, as well as in any type of advertising, promotion or publication for commercial or informative purposes always in relation to this sweepstakes, through any system and support.

10.- RESPONSIBILITIES

Centria, as well as any of the companies related to this sweepstakes, will not assume any responsibility derived from the damages and/or prejudices of any nature, which could be suffered by the participants of this promotion and/or a third party, and which are derived from the lack of availability, maintenance, reliability or effective functioning of the promotional web page for reasons attributable to third parties.

In this sense, Centria, excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by current legislation, any liability that may arise from damages of any nature that the user and/or a third party may suffer, which are derived from the lack of availability, continuity or malfunction of the mentioned websites, and that may affect or prevent the participation in the present promotion, its normal development or the correct transmission of contents.

In the event that Centria, or any other company professionally linked to this sweepstakes, detects any type of anomaly or suspects that a participant is impeding the normal operation or development of the promotion, either by unlawfully altering his/her registration and participation, falsifying his/her participation, using unauthorized information by means of any technical or computer procedure, or using the contents made available in a way that is inappropriate, illicit or contrary to the current regulations and/or these Legal Bases, Centria reserves the right to unilaterally eliminate the registration and participation of said user in the promotion, as well as to pursue said conducts with all the means that the legal system makes available to it.

Centria is exempt from any type of liability from the moment the winning prize is awarded.

-The mere fact of participating in the Sweepstakes implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

-Centria reserves the right to introduce changes in the mechanics or operation of this sweepstakes at any time and/or to terminate it in advance if necessary for just cause, without any liability whatsoever. However, these changes will be duly communicated by Centria through the promotion website.

-Centria will be exempt from any obligation or compensation to the participants, if due to force majeure or legal imperative, the present promotion has to be cancelled or suspended, a situation that will be made known to the participants.

-Centria reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Sweepstakes all participants who, in its opinion, are in breach of any of the conditions of participation included in these Terms and Conditions. The exclusion of a participant, for any reason whatsoever, entails the loss of all rights derived from his/her status as such.

-Centria is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.

-Centria is not responsible for the use of the promotional gift by the winner.

12.- APPLICABLE LAW – CONTROVERSY.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. For all matters relating to the interpretation, fulfillment and execution of these conditions, Centria and the participants, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or privilege that may correspond to them, formally submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
